Along with any desired location, personal, medical, cultural and religious needs and get an insight of your financial situation to allow us to tailor a placement plan and options that best suit your expectation and requirements.

We will explain all related fees and charges of RAD (Refundable Accommodation Deposit), DAP (Daily Accommodation Payment) and ES (Extra Services) fee thresholds and exemptions. Whether you are just at the planning stage, in need of some short term respite or permanent care, all aspects of the care plan are touched on so as to recommend the best outcome for you.

Advocacy

Allow us to assist you with any general enquires or concerns from outside correspondence.

We will liaise with My Aged Care, Centrelink, hospitals, social workers, ACAT, facilities, financial and estate planners etc. on your behalf.

We have a network of specialists in these areas that can provide sound advice that will give you further peace of mind.

Forms and Applications

The formal requirements for change of life can be very complex, daunting and time-consuming.

Allow us to take care of all necessary documentation, completion of forms, applications, and their submission to the relevant authorities and organisations, as required.

Finding your New Home

Once we are on the way with the above processes, we will prepare a short list of appropriate facilities that will suit your current or future situation.

All appointments will be booked by us and we will attend facility tours with you. We will advocate on your behalf, offering support and guidance to enable you to make an informed decision.

We negotiate fees and charges for you, which is crucial to achieve the best financial outcome for you and your loved ones.

Entering Care

For many, change and entering a new home can be very overwhelming.

We explain what to expect. Guiding you along the way. 

We can also recommend services that may assist, from removalists and cleaners to vendor advocates. 

Follow up

We will follow up post placement, as we are passionate about making sure our clients are happy and secure.
